Dr.Lee and her entire staff are excellent. They took their time with Sadie, they were very patient and friendly. They didn’t rush the visit, they made me feel very comfortable to ask anything. I would definitely recommend this veterinary practice.
I brought my dog here to establish care after moving to the area, Dr. Lee was great and the staff were friendly. However the pricing here is significantly more than others in the area, over $100 for an exam, and $72 for a nail trim is just too much.
Dr. Dolin was absolutely wonderful with my cat... patient, kind, and very thorough in explaining everything to me. You can tell everyone here truly cares about animals and takes the time to make both pets and owners feel comfortable. The women at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and they even sent us home with some treats for my cat, which was such a thoughtful touch. The clinic itself felt clean, calm, and organized, which helped calm my cat’s nerves. Overall a great experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality care for their pets!
Good experience took my puppy for shots. Just costly but attention was very good.
My fur baby is super brave except to go to the vet. I've been bringing her here since she was a puppy, which is 10 years now. There's no reason for her to be skittish bc she's always treated like a queen. The staff & vets are super compassionate while rendering top notch services. They are especially accommodating with me as a paraplegic, I'm not able to enter the office so they'll come out to the car to get her while doing the consultation on the phone with me. They even do the consultation on the phone with me even if one of my human daughters takes my fur baby in. I love & appreciate them wholeheartedly.
This hospital made my dog paw worst. Her paw had an infection and they quickly jump the gun and said it was a tumor mas. They never addressed the infection and now my poor dog has a big cut on her leg and getting worse. Now we must find a sergeant before she looses her leg. Very disappointed with this place
Response from the owner:We are very sorry that you were not happy with the services our hospital provided to you & your pet. Upon reviewing the chart, it is noted that when you came in on 9/29 for swelling of the leg the doctor did an aspirate with cytology in which mast cells (cancer) were found. She advised you on the severity of this and recommended you consult a specialist ASAP. You were sent home with a steroid & to give Benadryl to try to control the spread of the mast cells. On 10/1 you spoke with a doctor & told them that it was getting worse and the doctor advised you to come in for an exam ASAP, but you were unable to come in, so she called in a prescription for antibiotics for you. She advised you to consult a specialist since it has gotten worse in such a short time frame. On 10/4 you were able to come in for an exam where the doctor advised you to stop the steroid & prescribed another antibiotic. She also advised that you should see a specialist again. She explained how fast-growing mast cell tumors can be & that they can spread to other parts of the body. On 10/6 you visited an emergency center where they also advised you that a specialist is needed since the tumor has spread in the leg & that antibiotics are not going to help. We are sorry that this has been difficult to deal with as no one wants to see their fur babies hurt but to say that we have made the problem worse is unfair. We have been very open to you on the severity of this & have provided you with information on what needs to be done. We wish you & your pet the very best.
Very friendly staff and Dr. I brought me rescue dog there for a check up to get a sense of everything. They were great, and its a one stop for everything. Thank you for helping me keep Rhino healthy!
