Very friendly staff, appointment was fast and easy.I strongly recommend this facilityDr Priti Goswami help immediately my cat Reggie very professional took the time to explain about the sickness and about the medication l was very happy to meet her .Definitely a great experience and grateful to had these people on my side in those difficult moments.

recently brought our senior cat in with a UTI and a blood panel discovered hyperthyroidism. staff and dr. dolan had a great way about them, they were patient and answered all of our questions and explained everything. they were upfront about costs for what we had to do next and explained what we had flexibility with. the aide who held our cat through the visit had her SO calm when we expected her to be very difficult, which was great. very thankful to have such a empathetic vet and staff during this stressful week.

I was pleased with my visit but my pup didn't react well to the rabies shot,he has had loose stool ever since and today was VERY LOOSE,I made him rice and pumpkin this am I will see if that helped

The vets I have seen here were very kind and knowledgeable, however the communication from the team and instructions are poor. I was told to but specific food for my pet and that I could buy it online. I tried to order it online and the website said they would reach out to the vet for authorization. They never did the authorization. When I called they told me they don't work with 3rd party vendors and I would have to come in for the prescription. I asked if they could email it to me and they said they don't do that. I asked why nobody mentioned I needed a prescription for the food when I was at the office and they couldn't tell me.When my pet had surgery there and I picked her up I asked the vet tech who brought her out if there were any instructions or things I should look out for she just mumbled and said no she didn't think so. I had to look up online what I should do for my pet who had just been under anesthesia. I didn't want to change my vet because I do really like the doctor but after both these issues I'm looking for a new one.
