Very good place,very safe and caring staff

This was my first visit with my dog, George, and i had a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff and the veterinarian Dr. Jacob Pollock gave us such a warm welcome. George is very shy and nervous around new people, but everyone was so patient, gentle, and kind with him. They made him feel comfortable and treated him with so much care. I am truly appreciated the compassion and professionalism they showed. I am so grateful to have found Essex Animal Hospital where both George and I feel welcome. Thank you for making our first visit such a positive experience!

They took EXCELLENT care of KING an MIDNIGHT (may they continue to rest) so I TRUST them with OREO and now MAVERICK. care given✅️ questions answered✅️ email, phone, or visit follow up ✅️ ALWAYS PLEASANT and POLITE✅️ Tried one other and IMMEDIATELY returned. On July 2, sadly I had to unexpectedly say goodbye to my buddy Milo. I woke up to cries like I've never heard from a cat before. I did a random search and found the Essex Animal Hospital. I can not thank the entire staff for their support. I was heartbroken but they took the very best care of Milo in his last moments. I wish I could remember everyone's names to thank you all individually but I was at a loss. I truly appreciate you all for being there for Milo and myself. I can't thank you all enough.
